Now in another bowl add salt, sugar, red chilli powder, dried mango powder and mix it properly, add it to the corn flakes and keep on tossing it until well coated. Remove in a bowl and keep aside. - In the same pan deep fry roasted chana dal till golden brown. Put it tissue paper and keep aside.
- In the same pan deep fry chopped dry coconut till golden brown. Put it on tissue paper and keep aside.
- Now grind 1/4 cup fried corn flakes with all above spices like red chilli powder, salt, citric acid powder,sugar, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder into fine powder. Masala is ready for chivda.
- Combined fried corn flakes, peanuts, chana dal, chopped dry coconut and masala in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Let it cool down completely. Store it in air tight container.
