  8. Make ready 5 tbsp Honey

Trim chicken of fat, and pour sauce over each piece. Cut the pickles in long or round slices and drain in a colander with a towel over it overnight in sink. Mix sugar, minced garlic, and jalapeno slices in a large bowl. Place chicken wings in a sealable plastic bag and add the marinade ingredients apart from the cornflour.

  1. Marinate the pork loins in a mixture of soy sauce+BBQ sauce+sweet chilli sauce+Paprika+Oregano+Honey for 5-10mins
  2. In the meantime, Boil water for rice and prep the vegetables and zest and juice the lemon. Mix the lemon juice and zest with the rice and simmer on a medium heat for 15-20 mins
  3. Shallow fry the pork loin and cook in the oven @ 200’c for 15 mins
  4. Toss the prepped veg in soy sauce and fry in hot sesame oil for 5 mins. Add in the cooked rice; Stir and simmer for 3-5mins. Season
