Instructions to make Spicy Coconut Broth:
- Add all the ingredients in your pan and give them a whisk. Heat until just simmering, then add your sliced mushrooms.
- Cook for 5 mins or so until the mushrooms are tender but still with some bite, then serve with a little coriander and perhaps some dried chilli flakes or powder to garnish.
