- Get 2 Tbsp spicy bean sauce
- Get 3/4 tbsp vinegar

Put the conch to simmer in a large pot of salted water for an hour. Adding aromatics is a plus like garlic or onions. Scotch bonnet peppers, oregano, thyme can also be used. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the garlic, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, celery, and mushrooms until tender.

- Soak conche in water over night to so it take cleanse well..then rinse in a running water…drain and set aside.slive the chilli juliene cut,minced garlic and slice ginger thinly.rinse basil leaves.
- In a casserole boil water then put conches and cook for about 10 minutes, remove and set aside.,mix the saesoning witj 2tbsp water and add conches, chilli garlic and ginger to marinate fir 8hrs….
- When u serve garnish with whole basil leaves..
