- Heat a kadahi add water boil the water on a high flame
- Now add maggi in boiling water cook maggi 80 percent cook it for 3 minutes after 3 minutes strain the maggi in the strainer and add cold water 4 preventing overcooked the maggi keep it aside maggi
- Now heat a kadahi add oil add onion fry it for 10 minutes add ginger green chilli fry it now add tomatoes add salt kashmiri chilli garam masala saute it add carrots,maggi taste maker or whatever veggies you prefer saute it mix it well fry it well keep veggies crunchy not overcooked
- Now add taste maker fry it well for a minute add little water I take 2 packet maggi here so I add 1/4 cup water or as require but not too much water
- Now add maggi in a kadahi mix it well fry it well and you are done switch off The flame add butter for a great taste maggi and butter combination goes well
