  3. Add half of the flour mixture and mix gently
  4. Add the remaining mixture and mix until smooth
  5. Let it rest for 1 minute
  6. Then heat pan on medium high heat and lightly grease it with oil
  7. Pour the better using 1/4 cup for each pancake
  8. When you see bubbles, flip tbe side
  9. Remove when light brown on both sides
