Flip once bubbles appear and the pancake leaves the pan easily. - Cook until both sides are done. It takes around 4 minutes, 2 minutes for each side.
- Eat with mango purée or honey. I love to eat with mango purée.

I decide to try American version as my kids love that when comes to pancakes. Place a single pancake in center of plate. Top with ½ cup Vanilla Mascarpone Cream in the center of the pancake.
