Drizzle a tawa with ghee and spread the batter in a circle like you would a dosa. Drain water and grind it to a fine paste with black pepper, garlic, ginger, red chili with minimum water. Now mix the jowar flour with this paste along with salt, grated coconut, cilantro leaves. Bring it to a bit thicker dosa batter consistency.

Steps to make Jowar pancake:
  1. In a mixing bowl add jowar flour and oats flour. Add red chili powder turmeric and salt.Mix well.
  2. Now add all the chopped veggies to the bowl and mix well. Then gradually add water and mix. Make a pouring consistent batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan. Brush it with oil. Pour one full ladle of batter cook on medium flame when one side cooks well flip it and cook another side until it turns golden and crispy. Serve with green chutney.
