- Now take a pan and heat it on a medium flame. Grease it with some butter. Next time I'm not going use butter or anything. Add one scoop of the batter. Pour a teaspoon of water in the pan and close the lid. Let it cook for 2 minutes on a very slow flame.
- After 2 minutes add another scoop of batter. Pour some water on the sides and close the lid. Let it cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
- Now flip the pancake. Again add teaspoon of water at the sides. Close the lid and let the other side of the pancake cook for another 3 or 4 minutes
- Serve hot with chunks of salted butter :)
