Add beef broth, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf; bring to a boil. Add oxtail, with its juices, and butter. Next pour the vegetable oil into a large pan, and place the pan over medium heat. Once the oil is nice and hot, add the oxtails in, and brown them.

  1. Wash oxtail, then add powdered seasonings and browning unto oxtail meat and mix well. Allow meat πŸ– to marinate overnight or 1hr
  2. Pour cooking oil to pan and let hot,then add the oxtail and allow to brown/sear for 4mins on each side. Add chicken or beef stock and cover and allow to cook for 4 to 5hrs or until meat is tender. Cook in medium to low heat add water or stock when necessary.
  3. Once meat is tender add chopped onions, carrots πŸ₯•, bell peppers, garlic and cover. Simmer for 10mins. Then add beans and cover for another 2mins. ENJOY!!

Next pour the vegetable oil into a large pan, and place the pan over medium heat. Once the oil is nice and hot, add the oxtails in, and brown them. Once the oxtails are nice and brown remove them from the pan, and put them in the slow cooker. Return back to the pan with the hot oil. The longer they cooked, the tougher they became.
